ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES (2009-2010)
We have some very reasonably priced advertising opportunities to help with the upkeep of the site. To advertise on this site or the printable maps please email us at admin[at]similkameenagritourism.com or phone site administrator Rhys Pender at 250.317.8796. The different advertising opportunities are listed below and are available on a first come, first served basis.
WEBSITE ADVERTISING:
- Three spots are available on the website
- The ad will appear on all pages of the website
- Cost is $300 (+GST) for top placement or $200 (+GST) for the middle & lower placed ads for 6 months
- Ads change on Jan 1 and July 1 each year
- Ad size is 180 x 180 pixels, colour in JPG format and can be linked to your website
MAP ADVERTISING:
- Each map has 3 advertising spots
- Maps exist for Princeton, Hedley, Keremeos & Cawston areas
- The cost is $100 per year (+GST) per ad spot per map
- Ad size is 1.5″ x 1.5″ colour in JPG format
- Any business can advertise on the maps
FOCUS BUSINESS ADVERTISING:
- Each agritourism category has a focus business spot available
- Cost of the focus business position is $200 (+GST) for 6 months
- Focus businesses change on Jan 1 and July 1 each year
- Focus business categories are Accommodation, Adventure, Attraction, Food, Event & Wine
- Only listed agritourism businesses are applicable for the focus business advertising
- Ad size is a maximum of 165 words and a quality photo image and 5-8 word photo caption must be supplied
- Content is subject to approval
